The Wall Street Journal Announces Close of AEye’s $16 Million Series A with Funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Airbus Ventures, Intel Capital, Tyche Partners, and Others

AEye, which differentiates itself from competing artificial perception systems for autonomous vehicles by fusing active LiDAR with a high-resolution, low-light HD camera, has raised $16 million in Series A financing led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. Other participates include Airbus Ventures, Intel Capital and Tyche Partners.
